I Must Complain
I must complain
So, many things bother me and there are so many things wrong with this world. The hardest part is, there are so many things wrong with me. There are so many things that I could be doing differently and better. There are so many things wrong with the people I am connected to. I can name a laundry list of things that are worthy of complaints. Where do we direct those complaints? Who do I approach to get things off my chest?
Complaining to the wrong person will really get you nowhere. So, instead of complaining to your spouse, friend, parents, family member, pastor, coworker, or stranger, complain to God. God is the only One we ought to complain to. God loves you! Cast your care on Him for He cares for you.
God wants a relationship with you. Guess what, complaining happens in relationships. Questions happens in relationships. Confusion happens in relationships. Frustration happens in relationships. Instead of taking these things to mankind, take them to God. Once you take them to God, you can now be a blessing to those people by not burdening them with your complaints. Yes, complaining produces burdens on other people.
This is the beauty of prayer. It is in prayer we get to release our feelings and emotions to the One who loves us most. God cares for you and knows exactly what to say and do when we are “feeling some type a way” about ANYTHING in our life. So, tell God your issues and be looking for God to answer through His Word (Bible), through other people, and through life circumstances.
So, ask God why, tell God you don’t understand, and at the same time, tell God, “I trust You”. Trust God with your complaints and trust God to answer you in His own special way. I don’t know about you but I made my decision. I must complain. I must complain to my God I trust. I trust that He will hear me, correct me, guide me, and protect me at all times.
